The NC Research Campus is growing. The first 1,500-square-foot Ready-to-go Laboratory space is leased, and a second is in the planning stages. The NCRC Medical Plaza, a new Class A Medical Office Space, is under construction and nearing completion. Carolinas Healthcare System is the Medical Plaza's anchor tenant.
